Alana Fraser joined the Centre Board in 2018. She is currently the Secretary of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee.
Alana is an executive-level manager in the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, where she has worked in a variety of areas including human rights (with a focus on discrimination law), international law and native title. Prior to joining the Australian Public Service, Alana worked in a mid-tier law firm in Sydney.
Alana holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I)/Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from the University of Sydney, and a Masters of Laws, specialising in International Law from the Australian National University. She is also on the Board of the ACT Disability, Aged and Carer Advocacy Services (ADACAS).
